A: Pies are 9" and serve about 8 - 10 guests depending on how they slice. 9" pies typically yield eight slices by standard cut

A: All pies include the following ingredients: flour, sugar, crème fraiche, salt, baking powder and butter. Pie filling specific ingredients are as follows:
Blueberry filling - blueberries, dark brown sugar, vanilla paste, cornstarch, lemon zest
Bourbon pecan filling - eggs, molasses, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla paste, bourbon, pecans
Pumpkin filling - pumpkin purée, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla paste, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, cinnamon
Apple filling and streusel - apples, brown sugar, vanilla paste, cornstarch, cinnamon, oats
Q: What are the ingredients in the Salted Caramel Sauce? What is the portion size?
A: Sugar, water, corn syrup, cream, salt. Our caramel sauce is portioned into 4 oz mason jars; Before serving, remove mason jar lid and microwave for 30 seconds, stir and enjoy with any pie!
Q: What are the ingredients in the Puppy Pie?
A: Oats, egg, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and honey. Whip cream topping is optional.

Q: How do I store my pie? Can I reheat?
A: All pies may be stored in refrigeration and brought to room temp 2-3 hours before serving. If desired, you may keep your apple, blueberry, or pecan pie at room temp from the time of pick up. You may reheat these pies in an oven at 325F for 15 minutes except the pumpkin pie (do NOT reheat pumpkin pie)
